Cape Byron Sticky Chai has been dreamt of, created and blended right here in Australia. Our organic, pesticide-free blend is formulated with the highest quality ingredients locally and globally.

BREWING GUIDELINES

Hot sticky chai

From the comfort of your home or at the local cafe, our sticky chai is a perfect alternative to chai tea, coffee or a dirty chai combination.

Always start with 20 g and around 60 – 90 ml of hot water.

Step 1
Add 20g of Cape Byron Sticky Chai and 60 – 90ml of water into a pot.

Step 2
Steam or simmer to a rolling boil, then set aside for two minutes
to steep.

Step 3
Warm 180 – 250ml of milk of your choice to your ideal temperature.

Step 4
Pour the heated milk into your pot of sticky chai and stir gently to combine.

Step 5
Serve with a strainer on the side. At home, pour through a strainer and enjoy immediately.
