Your Loyalty Program: Points to Discounts
A simple guide to using your rewards
Open the Rewards Panel
Look for the loyalty program icon on our website. It's usually located in the bottom right corner of your screen. Click the icon to open the rewards panel and see your current points balance.
Convert Your Points
In the rewards panel, you'll see a section titled "Convert your Points into discount." You can enter the number of points you'd like to redeem, or use the slider to choose a specific amount. The panel will show you the exact discount value you will receive. Once you've selected the amount, click the "Create discount" button.
Get Your Discount Code
After creating the discount, a pop-up will appear with your unique discount code. Simply click the "Copy" button to save it to your clipboard. This is the code you'll use to get your discount.
Apply the Code at Checkout
When you are ready to check out, you will see a field for a "Discount code or gift card." If you have already added a product to your cart, the code may be applied automatically. If not, just paste the code you copied earlier into this field and click "Apply." You will see the discount reflected in your total.
