WHY EDUCATION MATTERS
For many of us, a cup of tea goes beyond the act of simply making and enjoying a tea. It is a habitual routine, and sharing is integral to our DNA.
Alfalfa
Medicago sativa
Alfalfa is a mild galactagogue and highly nutritious, containing many vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It benefits nursing mothers and their babies, supporting overall health and well-being.
Allspice
Pimenta dioica
Allspice offers gentle digestive support and warming properties. With flavour notes reminiscent of clove, cinnamon, and nutmeg, it adds richness to herbal infusions.
Aniseed
Pimpinella anisum

Aniseed Myrtle

Ceylon Black Tea

Chamomile

Gotu Kola
Centella asiatica

Theaflavins
Formed during the oxidation of tea leaves, these antioxidants are known for supporting cholesterol balance and reducing inflammation. Common in black tea, but present in trace amounts in green varieties like Buddha’s Tears.
Thearubigins
Larger antioxidant compounds that support digestive health and contribute to the colour and depth of flavour in oxidised teas. Minimal in green tea but still part of the broader Camellia sinensis profile.

White Tea
