WHY EDUCATION MATTERS

For many of us, a cup of tea goes beyond the act of simply making and enjoying a tea. It is a habitual routine, and sharing is integral to our DNA.

Alfalfa

Medicago sativa

Alfalfa is a mild galactagogue and highly nutritious, containing many vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It benefits nursing mothers and their babies, supporting overall health and well-being.


Aniseed Myrtle

Backhousia anisata

Boasts antiviral, antifungal, and antiseptic qualities, making it useful in treating respiratory infections. High in antioxidants, it helps protect the body against free radical damage, slowing the aging process.

Cardamom

A unique, aromatic flavor with hints of citrus and floral notes. This spice is known for its digestive benefits and ability to promote overall well-being.


Chamomile
