Once the initial 12-week period has passed, you’re welcome to cancel or skip your order at any time. Simply login to your account to manage, or email us at orders@byronbayteacompany.com.au
and our team will take care of the rest.
At this time, promotional discounts and rewards point codes can only be applied to full-priced orders.
To make any changes to your ongoing subscription — including skipping a shipment, cancelling, restarting, or updating your address or product selection — please do so via your customer account dashboard at least five days before your next scheduled payment. Once an order has been processed, it can’t be edited, cancelled, or refunded.
