Manuka Honey Byron Hinterland Small 270g

This exceptional honey is produced from the plant Leptospermum Liversidgei. Known as Manuka, this honey has high anti-bacterial properties with a MGO rating of 150+MGO. Heating this honey would destroy the antibacterial properties. This honey is also light sensitive; this is why we have it's packaged in a food grade amber PET jar.
