1 tbsp goji berries
1 tbsp medjool dates, chopped
1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 tbsp toasted pepitas
1 tbsp toasted pecans, chopped

With berries and almond milk; can be soaked overnight for a bircher muesli.
