1. Don’t forget to eat! If your appetite is low, try smoothies and juices.

2. Incorporate exercise or movement into your day. This can be a great way to channel energy if you are experiencing anxiety.

3. Avoid Stimulants such as caffeine and sugar. These substances have a wake-up and stimulating effect on the nervous system not needed at a time of stress as they could contribute to anxiety and interfere with sleep.
